When you join the college as a student, we give you a small initial allocation of print credit to get you started, but once this has run out you will need to purchase print credits if you want to continue printing.
Print credits can be purchased online from ParentPay. If you don’t have a ParentPay login, you’ll need your parent or guardian to create one and then add you as a child to their account – you can find more information on how they can do this in the ParentPay topic of this website.
Log in to ParentPay and choose the “Print Credit” payment item. You can choose to buy any amount of print credit between £1 and £30 in a single transaction.
Once you’ve purchased print credit, it will be up to 5 minutes from the time when ParentPay confirms the transaction has been paid before it will show on your print credit balance.
If you find that your print credit balance hasn’t updated after this time, please go to the LRC Student Helpdesk with your Student ID card and someone will be able to assist you.
