The college uses Microsoft’s Self Service Password Reset system to provide the ability to reset your password or unlock your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without needing to contact IT Services.

If you haven’t already set this up then you will be prompted to set it up the next time you log in to a Microsoft service on the web using your college email address and password.

Once you’ve set up Self Service Password Reset, anytime you forget your password or find that your account is locked out, you can visit from any Internet connected device and unlock your account or reset your password, using the mobile phone, alternate (non-Long Road) email address, or security questions you set up previously.
