The college uses Microsoft’s Self Service Password Reset system to provide the ability to reset your password or unlock your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without needing to contact IT Services.

If you haven’t already set this up then you will be prompted to set it up the next time you log in to a Microsoft service on the web using your college email address and password.

If you want to set this up manually you can go to https://aka.ms/ssprsetup.

Once you’ve set up Self Service Password Reset, anytime you forget your password or find that your account is locked out, you can visit https://aka.ms/sspr from any Internet connected device and unlock your account or reset your password, using the mobile phone, alternate (non-Long Road) email address, or security questions you set up previously.
