As you may be aware, Microsoft ended support and updates for Microsoft Windows 7 on 14th January 2020.
If you have an older laptop with Windows 7 installed, you’ll need to update it in order to maintain security and to be able to access the latest software versions.
You can get Microsoft Windows 10 Education through our online student software web store at OnTheHub absolutely FREE.
Log in to OnTheHub using your college username and password.
Choose the Microsoft category, then click the Windows 10 icon.
Next to “Microsoft Windows 10 Education (Multilanguage) – Download” click “Add to Cart”, then click the shopping cart icon near the top right of the page.
Click “Check Out”.
On the next page, scroll down to the bottom, enter your college email address in the “Username” box and your full name in the “Signature” box.
Click “Accept”.
On the next page, check everything is correct and click “Proceed With Order”.
After a short delay, your unique Product Key will be displayed.
You must make a note of your Product Key and you must not give this to anyone else as it is unique to you.
Click the large “Get Started” button. This will download a PDF document with instructions on how to upgrade to Windows 10 Education.
We recommend you print this document out so that you will be able to refer to it during the upgrade process.
As well as the FREE Windows 10 Education product, the OnTheHub store also contains other student discounted software which may be of interest.
