Students on Art, Computing, D&T, Film, Graphic Design, Media or Photography courses are provided with a place to keep your files on-site, which appears as your U: drive (on Windows PCs) or your network area (on Apple Macs).

If you are on one of these courses, you should use this to file your college work, as it is regularly backed up during the day.

The size of this area will depend on what courses you are on.

If you run out of space, consider moving less frequently used files to another file area such as OneDrive.

Students on courses other than those listed above must use their college OneDrive to save their work.
