How do I sign up and pay for a trip?
- Via ParentPay – your parent/carer will need to have set up your ParentPay Account
I no longer want to attend a trip I have signed up for, how do I request a refund?
- Refunds for trips will be dependent on whether the College has already had to pay out for the trip. Please email finance@longroad.ac.uk to request a refund or speak to the trip leader.
I want to sign up for a trip but ParentPay is saying it is full!
- There can be a high demand for places on trips where we can only take a limited number of students. If a trip is full but you would like to go, please speak with your teacher/the trip leader and they may be able to put you on a waiting list; they can then contact you should a space become available.
Why can’t I see a trip on ParentPay?
- A trip will no longer appear if the deadline has passed. If you cannot see a trip and you think you should be able to, please email finance@longroad.ac.uk or visit the Helpdesk and we can look into it for you.
