While you’re on a study programme at Long Road Sixth Form College, we offer you FREE access to the full suite of Microsoft 365 software for installation on your personal computers, laptops or mobile devices.
This includes:
- Word
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Publisher (only on Windows PCs)
- Outlook
- Access (only on Windows PCs)
- OneNote
There are currently no Mac or mobile versions of Publisher or Access.
To get access to the Microsoft 365 software, go to Microsoft365.com and sign in with your college email address and password. Then from the “Install apps” dropdown menu near the top right choose “Microsoft 365 apps”. Follow the instructions that appear on the screen in order to install the apps.
When you leave the college, the Microsoft 365 software will go into a “reduced functionality mode” and you will need to purchase your own personal Microsoft 365 subscription in order to continue using it.
